Nutrition
How nutrition works here
- No calorie target. Targets are minimums, not limits.
- Food you already eat: dal, paneer, curd, eggs.
- Written by a nutritionist, around your rules.
No card needed to start.

Built around the food you love

Your thali stays
Dal, roti, sabzi and curd stay on the plate. Protein is built into the meals your family already cooks.

Your rules come first
Vegetarian, Jain, halal, no beef: each one is absolute, and your plan is written to it from day one.

A plan that moves with you
Your protein minimum is set against your weight and updated as you change, so the plan fits today.

A person writes your plan, not an app
A nutritionist on our team writes it and reads your check-ins. Eating very little goes straight to your doctor.

Questions about food
Is there a calorie target?
There is no calorie target. Not a lenient one, not a personalised one. Your appetite is already doing the restricting, and a cap on top of it is how people lose muscle instead of fat.
What do the numbers in my plan mean?
Targets are minimums, not limits. Protein and fluid are floors to reach. Going over one is never treated as a failure, and nothing in the app counts down.
How is my protein set?
Against your weight, and it moves as you do. A plan copied from last month no longer fits, and the software refuses one set below what you need. The sources are Indian: dal, rajma, paneer, curd, eggs, fish.
Who writes my food plan?
A nutritionist writes the plan, and a person reads it. It is never a generated meal plan. Until your nutritionist has written yours, the app says so rather than filling the space with generic advice.
Can my plan be vegetarian, Jain or halal?
Yes. Vegetarian, Jain, halal and no beef are absolute rules, not preferences. Every plan is written to them, because a plan you will not follow is not a plan, and you are never recorded as non-adherent for keeping them.
What if I am eating very little?
Your doctor hears about it. Eating very little is a clinical question rather than a discipline problem to be coached through, so it goes to a doctor and a coach cannot sign it off.
