If something is wrong
One route for an emergency, and one route for everything else. Neither of them asks you a question first.
If this is an emergency, stop reading and call
Chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, severe abdominal pain that will not settle, or vomiting you cannot keep any fluid down against — call, do not message us.

Everything else
Four situations, and where each one goes. Nothing here is a queue you wait in without knowing who is reading.
- If you are on treatment and something has changed
- Your treatment, visits and prescription all live in your account. We cannot take a symptom report in writing yet, and nobody is reading one. If it cannot wait, call one of the numbers above. If it can wait, tell the clinician at your next visit.Sign in to your account
- If you are worried but it is not urgent
- You can ask us to ring you back, and the person who calls can route anything clinical to a doctor. We do not have a WhatsApp line or a chat channel. Everything non-urgent goes through a call.Ask us to call you
- If you want to stop, pause, or take a break
- Tell your doctor. Stopping is a normal decision and not one you need to justify. Do not simply stop taking something without telling them.See your next visit
- If you have a complaint about your care
- Our terms set out how complaints are handled and who is accountable for reviewing one.We have not published a grievance officer's name or a direct line, so there is no one to write to from this page yet.Read the terms
What we do with what you report
Whether something is a side effect is a doctor’s judgement. A coach cannot make it and neither can software, so anything you raise about a symptom is put in front of a clinician rather than answered by whoever heard it first.
We cannot take that in writing yet — there is no message channel in this product, so nothing you type reaches a clinician between visits. Use the numbers above if it cannot wait.
