Clinician-led
Clinician-led care
What that phrase actually means here, rather than as a slogan.

In practice
What clinician-led means in practice
Six things that are true of every person on this programme, and that a service without a doctor in it cannot say.
- A doctor decides, not a questionnaire
- Software can flag that something needs looking at. It cannot decide that you are suitable, and nothing in this product does.
- You are assessed before anything is offered
- Blood work covering 45+ metabolic markers, plus your history. The decision comes after those, not before.
- The answer is sometimes no
- Some people are told this is not appropriate for them. If that is you, you have paid for an assessment and a consultation, and you get both.
- The same doctor stays with you
- Monthly reviews with someone who has seen your results before, not whoever is next in a queue.
- Dose changes are a clinical decision
- Only a doctor changes a dose. A coach cannot, a nutritionist cannot, and the app cannot.
- Nobody sells you a medicine
- We are not a pharmacy. If a doctor prescribes something, a licensed third-party pharmacy dispenses it at their price, and we coordinate the order and the tracking.
Limits
What we do not claim
Every line here costs us customers. They are on the page because the wrong customer is a liability in a service like this.
- We publish no outcome figures. We do not yet have results we could stand behind, and a number we cannot evidence is worse than none.
- We promise no particular result, and offer no refund tied to one. A promise about a clinical outcome is a promise about someone else's body.
- No claim is made here about curing or undoing any diagnosed condition.
