Medicines are sold and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy at their price. We do not set it, and we cannot quote it before a doctor has decided what — if anything — you should be taking.

- Any exceptional tests beyond the standard panel
Refunds
If we cannot collect where you live
Home collection does not reach everywhere yet, and the price you paid assumes it reached you.
You can arrange your own test and keep the consultation, and we refund ₹1,000 of the ₹1,799 — leaving the ₹799 consultation. Or take the whole amount back.
That figure is the assessment price minus the consultation price. It is derived, not a separate number we might forget to update.
