Short version: you pay directly, and insurance is unlikely to help.
The short answer
This is cash-pay
Health insurance in India generally does not cover weight-management care or the medicines used in it. There is no pre-authorisation to apply for and no appeal to make, and we would rather tell you that than send you to find out.
If your policy or employer scheme does cover something, we will give you an itemised invoice you can claim against. We cannot tell you whether it will be accepted.

What you pay someone else
Medicines are sold by a licensed third-party pharmacy at their price. That money does not come to us and we do not set it. We coordinate the prescription, the order and the tracking — nothing more.
Supplements, devices and any exceptional tests are also priced separately.

Refunds
If we cannot collect a sample where you live, you can arrange your own test and keep the consultation — we return ₹1,000 of the ₹1,799 — or take the whole amount back.
If a doctor decides this programme is not appropriate for you, you have still had an assessment and a consultation, and those are what you paid for. That is not a refund situation, and we would rather say so before you pay than after.
