Apply to practise with Metaboliq

We are building a doctor-led metabolic service. If you are registered with an Indian medical council and interested in seeing members through it, this is where to tell us.

What happens after you send this

  1. You send us the details below. That creates an application — nothing more.
  2. A person checks your registration number against the council that issued it.
  3. We write to the email address you give us, whatever we find.
  4. Nothing about your practice here is settled until you and we have spoken.

What we are not telling you yet

We are not publishing rates, volumes or a start date on this page. Those are conversations to have with a named person once we have both checked the other is who they say they are.

If anything here does not fit your situation, write to us instead and say so.

This form cannot accept files. We will ask for a copy of your registration certificate separately, by email, once a person has checked your number.
